doxxinganelectionofficialoramemberofanelectionofficial's
familyasclassthreeelectionoffenses. Iftheprohibited
activityresultsindeathorbodilyinjurytoanelectionofficial
ormemberoftheofficial'sfamily,theoffensemustbeaclassB
felony.
