TherecipientofanycallinwhichthecallerusesfalsecallerID
informationhasstandingtorecoveractualandpunitivedamages
againstthecallerinanamountupto$5,000percall.Call
recipientsmaybringactionunderthissectionasaclass.The
AttorneyGeneralmayinitiatelegalproceedingsorintervenein
legalproceedingsonbehalfofcallrecipients.
