courtwithin30daysafterthefilingofthepetitioninorderto
determinethatallpartieshavebeenservedwithsummonsandto
requestthatthecourtordertheinvestigationandsocialstudy.
Thisbillmodifiesthetimeframeforthisprocesstobewithin60
daysafterthefilingofthepetitionandchangestheperson
meetingwiththecourtfromthejuvenileofficertothepetitioner.
