ThisbillrepealstherequirementthattheJointCommitteeon LegislativeResearchholdahearingtotakepubliccommentona proposedmeasurewithin30daysoftheSecretaryofStateissuing certificationthatthepetitioncontainsasufficientnumberof validsignatures.
