24healthapplicationinformationcollectedfromanyconsumerforanypurposewithout
25obtainingaffirmativeconsentfromtheconsumerforeachinstanceofsharing,selling,or
26usingsuchinformation.
27 3.Exceptforthepurposeofacriminalinvestigationasdescribedinsubsection4
28ofthissection,agovernmententityshallnotrequireahealthdigitalservicetorelease
29anyreproductiveorsexualhealthapplicationinformation.
30 4.Theprovisionsofthissectionshallnotprohibitthereleaseofreproductiveor
31sexualhealthapplicationinformationtoagovernmententitywithouttheconsumer's
32affirmativeconsentif:
33 (1)Thereleaseofthereproductiveorsexualhealthapplicationinformationis
34forthepurposeofacriminalinvestigationintoanymatterotherthanamatterinvolving
35aviolationorpotentialviolationofchapter188;
36 (2)Thegovernmententityisnotseekingthereproductiveorsexualhealth
