"healthdigitalservice",asbothtermsaredefinedinthebill,
foranypurposewithoutobtainingaffirmativeconsentfromthe
consumerforeachinstanceofsharing,selling,orusingthe
information.
Agovernmententityisprohibitedfromrequiringareproductiveor
sexualhealthdigitalservicetoreleaseanyapplication
information,exceptforthepurposeofacriminalinvestigation, as
specifiedinthebill.
Inorderforreproductiveorsexualhealthapplicationinformation
tobereleasedtoagovernmententitywithouttheaffirmative
consentoftheconsumer,certainconditionsmustbesatisfied,as
