Oversight has no information to the contrary. However, Oversight assumes Clay County will be able to absorb the minimal cost associated with this proposal and will present no fiscal impact for this organization. Officials from the Department of Social Services, the Office of Administration and the Office of the State Courts Administrator respective organizations. Oversight does not have any information to the contrary. Therefore, Oversight will reflect a zero impact in the fiscal note for these agencies.
