Anycontractthatisenteredinto,amended,extended,orrenewedon oraftertheeffectivedateofthissectionthatincludesa provisionthatviolatestheprovisionsofthebillwillbevoidand unenforceable. TheDirectoroftheDepartmentofCommerceandInsurancewill establishrulestoimplementthissection,subjecttolegislative reviewandconstitutionality.
