571.107.1.Aconcealedcarrypermitissuedpursuanttosections571.101to571.121,
2avalidconcealedcarryendorsementissuedpriortoAugust28,2013,oraconcealedcarry

4authorizethepersoninwhosenamethepermitorendorsementisissuedtocarryconcealed

26anyofthecourtsorofficeslistedinthissubdivisionaretemporarilyconductinganybusiness
27withinthejurisdictionofsuchcourtsoroffices,andsuchotherlocationsinsuchmanneras

29Nothinginthissubdivisionshallprecludethosepersonslistedinsubdivision(1)ofsubsection
302ofsection571.030whilewithintheirjurisdictionandonduty,thosepersonslistedin

32serveinalawenforcementcapacityforacourtasmaybespecifiedbysupremecourtrule
33pursuanttosubdivision(6)ofthissubsectionfromcarryingaconcealedfirearmwithinanyof
34theareasdescribedinthissubdivision.Possessionofafirearminavehicleonthepremisesof
35anyoftheareaslistedinthissubdivisionshallnotbeacriminaloffensesolongasthefirearm
36isnotremovedfromthevehicleorbrandishedwhilethevehicleisonthepremises;
37 (5)Anymeetingofthegoverningbodyofaunitoflocalgovernment;oranymeeting
38ofthegeneralassemblyoracommitteeofthegeneralassembly,exceptthatnothinginthis

46section21.155,orstatewideelectedofficialsandtheiremployees,holdingavalidconcealed
47carrypermitorendorsement,fromcarryingaconcealedfirearminthestatecapitolbuilding
HB94	7 48oratameetingwhetherofthefullbodyofahouseofthegeneralassemblyoracommittee
49thereof,thatisheldinthestatecapitolbuilding;
50 (6)Thegeneralassembly,supremecourt,countyormunicipalitymaybyrule,
51administrativeregulation,orordinanceprohibitorlimitthecarryingofconcealedfirearmsby
52permitorendorsementholdersinthatportionofabuildingowned,leasedorcontrolledby
53thatunitofgovernment.Anyportionofabuildinginwhichthecarryingofconcealed
54firearmsisprohibitedorlimitedshallbeclearlyidentifiedbysignspostedattheentranceto
55therestrictedarea.Thestatute,ruleorordinanceshallexemptanybuildingusedforpublic
56housingbyprivatepersons,highwaysorrestareas,firingranges,andprivatedwellings
57owned,leased,orcontrolledbythatunitofgovernmentfromanyrestrictiononthecarrying
58orpossessionofafirearm.Thestatute,ruleorordinanceshallnotspecifyanycriminal
59penaltyforitsviolationbutmayspecifythatpersonsviolatingthestatute,ruleorordinance
60maybedeniedentrancetothebuilding,orderedtoleavethebuildingandifemployeesofthe
61unitofgovernment,besubjectedtodisciplinarymeasuresforviolationoftheprovisionsof
62thestatute,ruleorordinance.Theprovisionsofthissubdivisionshallnotapplytoanyother
63unitofgovernment;
64 (7)Anyestablishmentlicensedtodispenseintoxicatingliquorforconsumptiononthe
65premises,whichportionisprimarilydevotedtothatpurpose,withouttheconsentofthe
66ownerormanager.Theprovisionsofthissubdivisionshallnotapplytothelicenseeofsaid
67establishment.Theprovisionsofthissubdivisionshallnotapplytoanybonafiderestaurant
68opentothegeneralpublichavingdiningfacilitiesfornotlessthanfiftypersonsandthat
69receivesatleastfifty-onepercentofitsgrossannualincomefromthediningfacilitiesbythe
70saleoffood.Thissubdivisiondoesnotprohibitthepossessionofafirearminavehicleonthe
71premisesoftheestablishmentandshallnotbeacriminaloffensesolongasthefirearmisnot
72removedfromthevehicleorbrandishedwhilethevehicleisonthepremises.Nothinginthis
73subdivisionauthorizesanyindividualwhohasbeenissuedaconcealedcarrypermitor
74endorsementtopossessanyfirearmwhileintoxicated;
75 (8)Anyareaofanairporttowhichaccessiscontrolledbytheinspectionofpersons
76andproperty.Possessionofafirearminavehicleonthepremisesoftheairportshallnotbea
77criminaloffensesolongasthefirearmisnotremovedfromthevehicleorbrandishedwhile
78thevehicleisonthepremises;
79 (9)Anyplacewherethecarryingofafirearmisprohibitedbyfederallaw;
80 (10)Anyhighereducationinstitutionorelementaryorsecondaryschoolfacility

88vehicleorbrandishedwhilethevehicleisonthepremises;
89 (11)Anyportionofabuildingusedasachildcarefacilitywithouttheconsentofthe
90manager.Nothinginthissubdivisionshallpreventtheoperatorofachildcarefacilityina
91familyhomefromowningorpossessingafirearmoraconcealedcarrypermitor
92endorsement;
93 (12)Anyriverboatgamblingoperationaccessiblebythepublicwithouttheconsent
94oftheownerormanagerpursuanttorulespromulgatedbythegamingcommission.
95Possessionofafirearminavehicleonthepremisesofariverboatgamblingoperationshall
