Uponvoterapproval,thisproposedConstitutional amendment
guaranteestherightofhuntersandanglersinthestatetoengage
inhuntingandharvestingwildlifeandfishingbylegalmeans,
subjecttodulyauthorizedpowersoftheConservationCommission.
TheamendmentdoesnotpreventtheGeneralAssemblyfromenacting
lawsthatlimittherightsofconvictedviolentfelonsorthose
deemedbyacourttobeadangerasaresultofamentaldisorder
ormentalinfirmity. Theamendmentalsodoesnotmodifyproperty
rightsortrespasslaws.
