(1)Anapplicationinaformprescribedbythedirector,describingthebridgeor 6segmentofhighwayforwhichdesignationissoughtandtheproposednameofthebridgeor 7relevantportionofhighway.Theapplicationshallincludethenameofatleastonecurrent 8memberofthegeneralassemblywhowillsponsorthebridgeorhighwaydesignation.The
