FIRST REGULAR SESSION SENATE BILL NO. 535 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY INTRODUCED BY SENATOR CRAWFORD. 1905S.01I KRISTINA MARTIN, Secretary AN ACT To repeal section 37.090, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the deposit of funds received from the sale of surplus property. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: Section A. Section 37.090, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 37.090, 2 to read as follows:3 37.090. The moneys received by the state from the sale 1 of surplus property [shall] may be deposited in the state 2 treasury to the credit of the "Missouri State Surplus 3 Property Clearing Fund", hereby created. The account shall 4 be administered by the commissioner of administration. When 5 appropriated the funds in the surplus property clearing 6 account shall be used for the purpose of paying the costs of 7 conducting surplus property sales. The commissioner of 8 administration shall distribute al l funds received in excess 9 of the costs of the sale to the fund which purchased the 10 item sold. 11
