AN ACT
To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the apple capital of
Missouri.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding theret o 1
one new section, to be known as section 10.250, to read as 2
follows:3
10.250. The city of Waverly is selected for and shall 1
be known as the official apple capital of the state of 2
Missouri. 3
