AN ACT
To amend chapter 281, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to certain information
provided by the department of agriculture.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 281, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 281.330, to read as 2
follows:3
281.330. The department of agriculture shall make 1
available to the public on the department's website 2
information about any pesticide and herbicide including, but 3
not limited to: 4
(1) Benefits of any pesticide or herbicide; 5
(2) Any scientific research or study done on any 6
pesticide or herbicide, if available; 7
(3) Adverse effects of any pesticide or herbicide, 8
including adverse effe cts to human health; and 9
(4) Alternative options to any pesticide or herbicide, 10
if available. 11
