MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATURE 2025 Regular Session To: Transportation By: Representative Arnold House Bill 1541 AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A SEGMENT OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 366 LOCATED IN PRENTISS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AS THE "HOUSTON 'DALE' KENNEDY MEMORIAL HIGHWAY"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: SECTION 1. (1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 366 located in Prentiss County, Mississippi, commencing at its intersection with Highway 371 and extending in the westerly direction for a distance of one-half (1/2) mile, shall be known as the "Houston 'Dale' Kennedy Memorial Highway." (2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2025.
