AN ACT TO MAKE A CLEAN REPEAL OF HOUSE BILL 2. 2
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 3
SECTION 1. Article 81A of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes is repealed. 4
SECTION 2. G.S. 95-25.1(d) is repealed. 5
SECTION 3. This act is effective when it becomes law. 6
