Referred to: *DRS45097 -NNx-27* A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1 AN ACT REMOVING CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM THE CORPORATE 2 LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF FOUR OAKS . 3 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4 SECTION 1. The following described property is removed from the corporate limits 5 of the Town of Four Oaks: 6 TRACT I: 7 Being all of Area 1, containing 11.609 acres, more or less, as shown on that map entitled 8 "Estate Division by Will Plat for Bill Ray Price Estate" recorded in Map Book 95, Page 204 of 9 the Johnston County Registry. 10 TRACT II: 11 Being all of that certain tract or parcel of land described as "Remaining Combined Area," 12 containing 14.432 acres, more or less, as shown on that map entitled "Minor Subdivision Plat for 13 Pamela Rae Price" recorded in Map Book 96, Page 278 of the Johnston County Registry. 14 SECTION 2. This act has no effect upon the validity of any liens of the Town of 15 Four Oaks for ad valorem taxes or special assessments outstanding before the effective date of 16 this act. Such liens may be collected or foreclosed upon after the effective date of this act as 17 though the property were still within the corporate limits of the Town of Four Oaks. 18 SECTION 3. This act becomes effective June 30, 2025.
