AN ACT to repeal section 12.1-20-17 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to willfully transferring
body fluid containing the human immunodeficiency virus.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
SECTION 1. REPEAL. Section 12.1-20-17 of the North Dakota Century Code is repealed. H. B. NO. 1217 - PAGE 2
