AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating
to designating rhubarb as the official state vegetable.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 54-02 of the North Dakota Century Code is created and
enacted as follows:
State vegetable.
Rhubarb, rheum rhabarbarum, is the official vegetable of the state of North Dakota. H. B. NO. 1334 - PAGE 2
