AN ACT to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 54-24.4-05 of the North Dakota Century Code,
relating to state aid to public libraries.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 2 of section 54-24.4-05 of the North Dakota Century Code
is amended and reenacted as follows:
2.Approve the distribution of state funded grants to libraries, except for grants distributed under
chapter 54-24.2. H. B. NO. 1420 - PAGE 2
