The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB11 provides appropriates a total of $523,572 in FY2025-26 and a total of $719,180
in FY2026-27 from the General fund, even split among the public partner institutions:
the Nebraska Department of Education; the University of Nebraska; Nebraska State
Colleges; and the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education (community
colleges) for purposes of the Nebraska Statewide Workforce & Educational Reporting
System Act.
