The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB173 appropriates funding to support dual enrollment programs in Nebraska, which allow
high school students to earn college credits and industry-recognized credentials, to support
workforce development and career pathways.
