Persons who willfully and maliciously break, injure, destroy, or otherwise interfere with the poles, wires, or facilities of those companies are now subject to criminal mischief penalties under section 28-519. Explanation of amendments: The Committee considered and adopted an amendment which accomplishes the following: Adds wireless infrastructure companies to the list of companies that receive additional protection from willful and malicious interference with their facilities.
