DHHS reporting and evaluation requirements are also removed. Section 1: The sunset date language: “Beginning October 1, 2025, the gross eligibility limit shall return to the amount used prior to the increase” is stricken. Also, the current DHHS requirements of evaluating the TANF funded program and providing a report every December 16 regarding the gross income eligibility limit to the Legislature are removed.
