The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 201 amends the Nebraska Money Transmitters Act to require a licensee or authorized
delegate to collect a fee of ten percent or ten thousand dollars, whichever is less, on each
money transmission transaction sent to a person outside the United States.€
