LB 261 is a component of the Governor ’s 2025- 27 Biennium Budget recommendation and is the mainline appropriation bill for the 2025-
27 biennium. This includes new appropriations, select reappropriations, transfers between various funds , and appropriations for capital
construction.
Total funds appropriated in LB 261, including salary limit, are as follows (Nebraska Capital Construction Funds appropriated are shown
as revolving funds for purposes of this table):

The bill reappropriates funds in various budget programs, all remaining unexpended ARPA funds, and unexpended capital construction
funds.
