The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB268 would implement a reimbursement rate increase for hiring wages for providers of
developmental disability services equal to one hundred and fifty percent of Nebraskas
minimum wage, and provide for annual increases based on changes in the Consumer Price
Index.
