The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 270 allows an individual designated by a municipality to review sales and use tax
information to notify the Auditor of Public Accounts of any suspected sales and use tax
reporting irregularities and discrepancies.
