The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 32 would allow for the use of a post office box address instead of a street address
on the NADC-required disclaimer on printed materials pertaining to a candidate or ballot
question. Under the bill, a street address would still be on file with the NADC and required
on any reports and filings, but a PO box could be used on any disclaimers distributed to the
public, like candidate palm cards and mailers.€€
