Summary of purpose and/or changes:
This bill would amend a section of the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act relating to disclosures on
printed campaign materials. It would authorize the use of post office boxes in addition to street addresses. The
current statute requires disclosure of a street address.
 
 
Explanation of amendments:
The committee amendment would limit the bill's proposed changes to candidate committees only and not ballot issue
committees.
