The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 34 would implement year-round Daylight Saving Time in Nebraska. The bill would not
take effect until the Federal Government allows states to do so and three neighboring states
adopt similar legislation.
