Summary of purpose and/or changes:
This bill proposes moving Nebraska to Daylight Savings Time year-round in Nebraska. The bill provides for an
operative date on the first Sunday in November after such a change is authorized either by a federal law change or an
order from the United States Secretary of Transportation, and after at least three states adjacent to Nebraska adopt
laws for a single year-round standard time.
Section 2 of the bill contains the operative language, and sections 1, 3, 4, and 5 contain harmonizing changes.
Section 6 contains the repealer.
