The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 384 revises Nebraskas ‚Truth in Taxationƒ law by requiring a majority of the governing
board members of a property taxing entity exceeding its allowable growth rate to attend the
corresponding joint public hearing.€
