Summary of purpose and/or changes:
LB 384 amends Neb. Rev. Stat. ยง 77-1633 of the Property Tax Request Act to require that at least a majority of the
elected members of any governing body participating in a property tax allowable growth percentage override joint
public hearing shall be present for such hearing.

Explanation of amendments:
AM 703 replaces the words "a majority of the elected members" with "one voting member" to require that at least one
voting member of the governing body shall attend such joint public hearing.
