The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB385 extends an exception under a provision of the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices
Act from telecommunications service providers to telecommunications service providers and
broadband internet access service providers.€
