Subdivision (a)(23) of § 87-302 makes it a deceptive trade practice to manufacture, produce, publish, distribute, monetize, promote, or otherwise make publicly available a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct or obscene material in which a person depicted as a participant is a minor, is a trafficking victim, or did not consent to their depiction or participation. The existing law only exempts telecommunications services from such subdivision. LB 385 extends that exemption to also include broadband internet access services.
