The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 39 seeks to provide clarification language within
Neb. Rev. Stat. 8-124.01, a statute
that provides notification requirements to the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance
regarding vacancies on a board of directors of a bank.
