LB396 amends Section 13-516 to eliminate the requirement that the budgets of public power suppliers must be filed
in a form approved by the Nebraska Power Review Board and amends Section 70-623 to eliminate the requirement
that public power districts submit copies of their annual audit reports to the Nebraska Power Review Board.
