The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 40 seeks to provide clarification language within Neb. Rev. Stat. 21-193, a statute that
relates to the publication of notice of organization, amendment of certificate of organization,
merger, conversion, domestication, or dissolution of limited liability companies.
