It also changes the definition of Nurse Aide to include those employed by a service provider. Section 1: Neb. Rev. Stat. 71-6038: Service provider is defined as a person certified by the Department to provide developmental disabilities services. Section 2: Neb. Rev. Stat. 71-6039, Subsection 1: Includes nurse aides for a service provider under the Medicaid comprehensive developmental disabilities waiver.
