The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB444 would require a minimum of one million dollars in uninsured and underinsured
coverage per vehicle occupant. This would apply to any motor carrier transporting employees
of a railroad carrier.
