LB475 amends section 28-405 of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act to add Tianeptine to the list of Schedule IV
controlled substances.
Explanation of amendments:
AM 572 moves Tianeptine from Schedule IV of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act to Schedule II.
AM 572 also adds the emergency clause and an operative date of July 1, 2025.
