The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB480 would provide the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission the authority to administer
and carry out other projects, in addition to those specified in the existing Water Recreation
Enhancement Act, at the following project sites: Lake McConaughy, Lewis and Clark State
Recreation Area, and Niobrara State Park.€
