LB 480 amends sections 37-1802 and 37-1803 to provide the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission the authority
to administer and carry out additional projects under the Water Recreation Enhancement Act relating to recreational
opportunity and water access at Lake McConaughy, Lewis and Clark State Recreation Area, and Niobrara State Park.
