The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB502 adds a penalty to Nebraska State Statute 48-1715. Any seed corn producer or farm
labor contractor who violates Nebraska State Statute 48-1715 shall be guilty of a Class IV
misdemeanor.€ €
