The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
Now that the Department of Parole Supervision is under the purview of the Department
of Correctional Services, LB 518 simply includes parole data already collected by the
Department of Parole Supervision in NDCSs mandatory discharge report.
