LB545 seeks to provide liability immunity for individuals, manufacturers, distributors, and nonprofit organizations that donate menstrual
products in good faith to individuals in need. The bill eliminates the risk of civil or criminal liability if the donated products are later found
to be defective or harmful—unless gross negligence or intentional misconduct is involved.
