The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 618 is introduced by the Chair of the Business and Labor Committee at the request of the
Department of Administrative Services, Risk Management Division. The purpose of the bill
is to introduce the claims filed against the State that were denied by the State Claims Board.
