The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:
LB 671 simplifies and clarifies language in various education statutes including option
enrollment denial reports, rules and regulations for accreditation, the educator effectiveness
system, deficiencies in reading, and dyslexia reporting.€
