LB 688 provides that it shall be unlawful for any person to advertise any electronic nicotine delivery system in the State of Nebraska.
We assume the enforcement of the provisions in this bill would be carried out by the Attorney General’s Office. The Attorney General’s
Office estimates no fiscal impact as a result of the bill. There is no basis to disagree with this estimate.
